Role & Responsibilities
- Provide technical and disciplinary leadership to approximately 10 production team members; conduct personnel planning and workforce development
- Plan and coordinate frame manufacturing production schedules and workflow optimization
- Coordinate material procurement and inventory management for frame manufacturing operations
- Execute quality control audits and ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the production process
- Document and report production losses, rework requirements, and job completions; track production metrics and performance data
- Monitor and analyze machine downtime; identify root causes and implement corrective actions to restore equipment operation
- Coordinate maintenance and repair activities for manufacturing tools, machinery, and production equipment
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement of replacement components
- Ensure continuous improvement of internal operational processes and manufacturing efficiency
- Develop and document machine programming protocols for frame manufacturing equipment
- Independently troubleshoot and resolve production stoppages and equipment malfunctions
- Organize and manage procurement of production consumables including gases, filters, and grinding media
Qualifications
- Certification as an Industrial Supervisor (Industriemeister) or equivalent professional qualification
- Proven experience in disciplinary and technical management of production personnel
- Demonstrated expertise with linked manufacturing systems and automated production lines
- Advanced English proficiency and fluent German language skills (required)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and cleanliness standards
- Hands-on operational mindset with direct problem-solving approach
- Advantageous: experience working with aluminum as a manufacturing material
- Advantageous: CNC programming knowledge or certification
