Role & Responsibilities
- Manage materials procurement and storage from supermarkets and high-bay warehouses.
- Order and store cartons in designated shelving areas.
- Store semi-finished products, auxiliary materials, operating supplies, purchased and spare parts.
- Report inventory discrepancies to the warehouse.
- Load and unload order-related materials.
- Inspect and process production materials, including sample checks, according to planned orders and delivery notes.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring load security.
- Contribute to the development of existing logistics processes and systems.
- Coordinate and implement waste disposal processes in the assigned area, including reporting to EHS.
- Maintain floor conveyors and transport systems, reporting defects to maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with safety, ergonomics, fire protection, and cleanliness standards.
- Conduct blue line scans.
- Prepare and support regular inventories.
Qualifications
- Completed training as a warehouse logistics specialist.
- Several years of professional experience in logistics.
- Experience with inventory management and scanning systems.
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems, particularly MS Excel.
- Forklift license is advantageous.
- Fluent in German, both written and spoken (minimum B2 level).
- Reliable, independent, and precise work ethic.

Completed training as a warehouse logistics specialist.
