RIMOWA Procurement Planner role in Paris, France—fixed-term supply chain position in luxury luggage manufacturing.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Consolidate and review component requirements across all manufacturing facilities and maintain planning data integrity
  • Monitor procurement plans for consistency with production requirements and identify potential supply-chain risks
  • Track supplier deliveries, monitor stock-outs, and coordinate resolution of delivery delays with factory and procurement teams
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators related to procurement planning activities
  • Consolidate data and analyses for the monthly S&OP cycle, assess material requirements against supplier capacity, and track obsolete inventory
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing planning tools, reporting systems, and data quality standards

Qualifications

  • Master's degree or equivalent (engineering school, business school, or specialized university programme, ideally in Supply Chain)
  • Initial supply chain experience through internship, apprenticeship, or entry-level role
  • Strong aptitude for data analysis and quantitative environments
  • Excellent command of Excel; Power BI experience is advantageous
  • Meticulous attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities
