RIMOWA PR Assistant Internship in Paris | LVMH luxury luggage brand seeks EMEA media and communications intern

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support press and talent coverage monitoring and clipping across EMEA markets, maintaining up-to-date trackers and archives
  • Assist with weekly EMEA coverage round-ups and monthly monitoring reports consolidating inputs from local agencies
  • Prepare coverage highlights for global clippings reports covering print, web, and social media channels
  • Evaluate talent performance using the Lefty platform and track talent figures by adding Instagram profiles
  • Support press sample logistics at Cologne Warehouse including tracking locations and managing agency shipping and returns
  • Assist with talent seeding and gifting execution including shipment coordination and follow-ups
  • Handle media and talent requests such as repair requests under guidance of the EMEA PR team
  • Maintain press materials and asset folders ensuring proper filing and availability across EMEA markets
  • Provide operational support for EMEA press events and activations through guest list management and on-site coordination
  • Support day-to-day EMEA PR operations including meeting notes, timelines, and status trackers

Qualifications

  • Pursuing Bachelor's degree +4 or +5 in journalism, luxury, marketing, or social media
  • Completed at least one prior internship in a press agency or luxury company
  • Knowledge of media landscape with foundational experience in talent relations or influencer management
  • Fluent in English
  • French or German language proficiency is advantageous
