RIMOWA Paris Internship: PR Assistant EMEA (July 2026). Three-month communications and media relations role in luxury luggage.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor press and talent coverage across EMEA markets, maintaining up-to-date trackers and archives
- Prepare weekly press updates and monthly monitoring reports, consolidating inputs from local agencies including Weekly EMEA Coverage Round-ups and Global Highlights Clippings Reports
- Evaluate talent performance using the Lefty platform and track influencer metrics by managing Instagram profiles within the platform
- Support press sample logistics at Cologne Warehouse, including inventory management, tracking locations, and coordinating agency shipping and returns
- Assist with talent seeding and gifting execution, coordinating shipments, tracking deliveries, and managing confirmations and follow-ups
- Handle media and talent requests such as repair requests under EMEA PR guidance
- Maintain press materials and asset folders, ensuring correct filing, file naming, and availability for all EMEA markets
- Provide operational support for EMEA press events and activations, including guest list management, RSVP coordination, packing, and on-site assistance
- Execute day-to-day operational tasks for EMEA PR such as meeting notes, timeline development, and status tracking to ensure smooth regional operations
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bac+4/5 in journalism, luxury, marketing, or social media
- Completion of at least one prior internship in a press agency or luxury company
- Knowledge of the media landscape with foundational experience in talent relations or influencer management
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in French or German preferred
