Rimowa seeks an Operations Manager in Beverly Hills to oversee boutique operations, inventory and a small operations team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day boutique operations and report operational performance to the Store Manager and corporate partners.
- Lead, recruit, train and develop a small operations team (2–3 direct reports) and support operational training for all boutique staff.
- Oversee inventory control including cycle counts, merchandise reception, supplier returns and adherence to inventory SOPs.
- Maintain physical security and loss-prevention protocols, partnering with store management and corporate teams on audits and cash controls.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, retail operations manuals and health & safety procedures; champion adherence across the team.
- Administer POS and store communication systems and recommend process improvements to increase operational efficiency.
- Coordinate facilities maintenance and back-of-house organization to preserve boutique standards and cost-effective resolution of issues.
- Support Client Care operations in-store to uphold service standards and ensure staff are trained on client directives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum five years of retail or store operations experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or management capacity with direct reports.
- Professional presentation with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability, decisive leadership and proven experience coaching teams.
- Availability to work varied shifts including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs repeatedly.
