Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational standards across all directly operated stores, ensuring alignment with global guidelines on processes, tools, and client experience
• Act as the primary operational contact for store managers on escalations, SOP implementation, and process improvement
• Act as the regional operational interface for all franchise and JV partners across the Middle East, India, and new markets, conducting regular audits and onboarding new partners
• Own the end-to-end operational workflow for the regional e-commerce channel: order processing, returns, credit notes, and fulfillment tracking
• Master the omnichannel order flow and its interdependencies with merchandising, supply chain, and customer service to continuously improve client experience
• Support boutique openings, renovations, and regional events from an operational readiness standpoint
• Monitor operational KPIs across channels, identify gaps, and propose corrective actions or lead improvement initiatives
• Coordinate on escalated operational cases—such as chargebacks, DPD claims, and fraud—working closely with Finance, Logistics, and CSC for timely resolution

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail and/or e-commerce operations, ideally within a premium or luxury environment
• Strong understanding of omnichannel order flows and their interdependencies with merchandising, supply chain, and customer service
• Analytical, data-driven mindset with strong mastery of MS Excel and digital tools
• Strong project management and organizational skills, able to lead rollouts and initiatives across multiple markets
• Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills, comfortable managing external franchise partners and service providers
