RIMOWA seeks a Logistics Excellence Coordinator in Cologne, Germany for supply chain optimization and analytics roles within LVMH's luxury travel goods division.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive analytical support, data provision, and executive presentations for senior stakeholders within the Central Logistics Management Team
- Support daily operations of Central Logistics Teams with effective coordination and issue resolution
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor the performance of the global logistics network
- Conduct value stream mapping on identified processes and support implementation of continuous improvement initiatives
- Create practical tools and documentation (Excel, Power Query) to facilitate improved process execution and standardized workflows
- Formalize existing logistics processes to establish and communicate internal best practices across the organization
- Support digitalization initiatives and key system transitions, including PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) and SAP implementations
- Actively participate in logistics projects by defining scope, monitoring progress, documenting meeting minutes, and ensuring successful implementation
Qualifications
- Successfully completed Bachelor's degree with specialization in Supply Chain Management or equivalent qualification
- Minimum three years of professional experience in Supply Chain or Distribution management
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (data crunching, pivot tables, Power Query) and Power BI
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and lead cross-functional, multicultural projects
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English (written and spoken)

Experience
Minimum three years of professional experience in Supply Chain or Distribution management; experience in international transport is advantageous. The candidate should demonstrate a proactive, solution-oriented working style with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving and process enhancement.
Education
Successfully completed Bachelor's degree, ideally with a specialization in Supply Chain Management, or comparable qualification.
