Role & Responsibilities
- Review and draft advertising materials and contracts with photographers and creative service providers, gaining practical experience in applying legal requirements within a creative international environment
- Manage intellectual property matters including trademark, design, patent and competition law; actively participate in brand protection initiatives ranging from cease-and-desist letters to enforcement actions against counterfeiting globally
- Support research and development projects with legal guidance and facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration between the Legal and Innovation departments on risk management and compliance issues
Qualifications
- Completion of the first German legal state examination (Erstes Juristisches Staatsexamen) with above-average results
- Demonstrated interest in commercial law and the diverse legal fields of an internationally operating enterprise, particularly intellectual property
- Enthusiasm for working in an international environment
- Excellent command of English (written and oral); French language skills advantageous
- Quick comprehension and analytical reasoning
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated enthusiasm
- Self-directed and independent working approach with hands-on mentality
