Role & Responsibilities
- Provide legal advisory support and manage contract review, negotiation, and execution across diverse business units, gaining practical experience in the legal protection of global commercial activities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Finance, Human Resources, Operations, Public Relations, and Marketing to align legal requirements with business objectives and develop a comprehensive understanding of multi-departmental coordination
- Identify and mitigate legal risks, monitor regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions, and contribute to governance and compliance frameworks in preparation for independent legal practice
Qualifications
- Completion of the first German legal examination (Erstes Juristisches Staatsexamen) with above-average results
- Strong written and verbal command of English; French language proficiency preferred
- Demonstrated interest in commercial and economic law within international corporate environments
- Strong communicative ability and intellectual enthusiasm combined with independent, self-directed work methodology
