Kitchen Assistant at RIMOWA, Cologne | 18-month contract | On-site canteen support role for luxury luggage maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support and prepare meals for the on-site canteen under the supervision of senior chefs
- Prepare minor dishes and assist with food preparation tasks
- Maintain all hygiene and food safety protocols, ensuring the workspace is cleaned according to the established cleaning schedule
- Operate and maintain various kitchen equipment safely and effectively
- Assist with dishwashing when required
- Contribute to a motivating and efficient kitchen environment
