RIMOWA — Paris: Junior Talent Acquisition Apprentice (alternance) for HR; one‑year apprenticeship starting Sept 2026 at Head Office.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for interns and apprentices across Head Office functions: collect job briefs, draft and publish vacancies, screen CVs, conduct telephone pre‑screens and interviews (French and English), present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers, and provide timely candidate follow‑up.
- Prepare and finalise administrative onboarding dossiers for trainees and apprentices (internship/alternance conventions, CERFA and related documents) to ensure readiness for first day.
- Act as primary point of contact for all recruitment queries relating to the trainee and apprentice population, maintaining stakeholder alignment with hiring managers and HR business partners.
- Coordinate integration and ongoing engagement of the intern/apprentice community: internal and external communications, induction days, administrative onboarding support, breakfasts, after‑works, evaluation tracking and inter‑maison LVMH events.
- Design, manage and animate a dedicated project for each trainee cohort (Rimowa Graduate Project): define theme, communications plan, schedule meetings and presentations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with schools and support employer‑brand activities and campus events in conjunction with LVMH initiatives.
Qualifications
- Final‑year student in a business school, IEP or equivalent university programme with a specialisation in Human Resources.
- Fluent English is essential; professional French proficiency required for daily operations.
- Autonomy, proactivity and a high degree of organisational rigour.
- Strong interpersonal skills, diplomacy and discretion handling confidential information.
- Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient with Pack Office.

Education
