RIMOWA in Paris seeks a Junior Indirect Buyer for a two‑year alternance starting Sep 2026 — entry-level apprenticeship in indirect procurement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and support end-to-end negotiations and tender processes across indirect procurement categories.
- Contribute to supplier panel rationalization and vendor consolidation initiatives.
- Enhance and maintain procurement tools, processes and documentation to improve efficiency and control.
- Identify and propose optimisation opportunities for the purchasing function leveraging IA (artificial intelligence).
- Adjust and streamline procurement workflows to align with best practices and compliance requirements.
- Support CSR / RSE initiatives as they relate to supplier selection and purchasing policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and provide ad hoc procurement support as priorities evolve.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a business school (école de commerce) with a specialisation in International Purchasing or equivalent.
- Strong organisational rigour, autonomy and proactive mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, diplomacy and high emotional intelligence.
- High level of discretion and active listening.
- Strong written communication and reporting skills.
- Fluent English (oral and written).
- Proficiency with Pack Office.
