Role & Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end governance of IT infrastructure projects within the Infrastructure team (Cloud & System, Network, Digital Workplace, Operations).
- Prepare and animate Steering Committees, contribute to portfolio reviews and support project planning activities.
- Frame project scope and formalize business requirements into functional specifications and acceptance documentation.
- Launch, coordinate and follow up the tasks required to deliver assigned projects across manufacturing, logistics, retail, eCommerce, CRM, customer care and finance domains.
- Promote and support project methodology across the Infrastructure community (documentation, meeting facilitation, progress tracking).
- Collect and provide structured feedback to improve project management content and processes.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Master's programme with specialization in IT project management (business school or engineering school).
- Strong IT orientation; prior exposure to retail or luxury operations is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare project deliverables (functional specifications, test plans) and to animate multi‑stakeholder meetings.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English; German is an advantage.
- Proficiency with Office 365 tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and comfort documenting processes and minutes.
- Dynamic team player with strong interpersonal skills and a methodical approach to task follow‑up.

Entry-level: first internships or early professional experience in IT project management or supporting roles. Prior involvement in cross-functional or infrastructure projects, ideally within retail or luxury environments, is preferred.
