RIMOWA is seeking an In-Store Technician for a permanent, full-time, on-site role in Stuttgart. The position combines first-class client service with suitcase repairs, workshop organization, repair coordination, and long-term client relationship-building.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver first-class service to customers, supporting their RIMOWA journeys whether they are established brand ambassadors or discovering the products for the first time.
- Identify and perform suitcase repairs in the boutique workshop.
- Use the repair management system to organize repairs and order parts.
- Organize the workshop and maintain its machines and tools.
- Inform clients about repairs and advise them on the brand and its products.
- Carry out in-store repairs to RIMOWA standards and coordinate with the client care department on specialist repairs or repairs that cannot be completed in the store.
- Build long-term client relationships using available tools to foster brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with colleagues, embody RIMOWA’s values, support team spirit, and remain eager to learn about the products, brand, and history.

- Craftsmanship aptitude.
