RIMOWA HR Intern in New York: Support recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration in this full-time internship.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing employee engagement activities and events, including creating related communications
- Support the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer and rejection correspondence
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing materials and supporting orientation sessions
- Maintain and update employee records with accuracy and strict confidentiality
- Provide administrative support to the HR and Retail teams
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and HR-related matters
- Prepare HR-related reports and update organizational charts as required
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the HR Manager
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of prior Human Resources classes or internship experience
- Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) from an accredited university in progress or recently completed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with design software such as Canva or Photoshop
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion
- Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team
Skills
Experience
Beginner-level HR experience, including prior Human Resources coursework or internship experience. Candidates should be recent graduates or actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree in HR or related discipline.
Education
Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) from an accredited university in progress or recently completed, ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
