RIMOWA seeks HR Retail Recruiter EMEA in Cologne, Germany to lead multi-country recruitment for retail positions within the LVMH Group.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment across 11 EMEA countries with emphasis on retail positions ranging from Client Advisors to Store Managers
- Develop and execute country-specific recruitment strategies in collaboration with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers
- Manage full-cycle candidate experience including sourcing, screening, interviews, candidate communication, and offer administration
- Design and implement tailored sourcing strategies leveraging job boards, referral networks, and recruitment agencies aligned with local market dynamics
- Oversee agency partnerships, including budget oversight and contract management
- Manage stakeholder relationships and deliver KPI-driven recruitment reporting
- Conduct recruitment training sessions for Store Managers and HR teams across EMEA
- Orchestrate employer branding initiatives and campaigns across EMEA retail markets
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably within luxury or premium retail environments
- Demonstrated expertise in full-cycle recruitment and candidate management
- Strong organizational skills with capacity to manage multiple stakeholder priorities simultaneously
- Exceptional communication abilities in English and German with fluency across organizational levels
- High degree of flexibility, commercial acuity, and solution-oriented problem-solving capability

Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in luxury or premium retail environments, with demonstrated proficiency in full-cycle candidate management and multi-country recruitment coordination.
