RIMOWA seeks HR Retail Recruiter EMEA in Cologne. Lead recruitment for 11 countries, managing client advisors to store managers.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment across 11 EMEA countries with emphasis on retail roles from Client Advisors to Store Managers
  • Develop and execute country-specific recruitment strategies in collaboration with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers
  • Manage full-cycle candidate recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, candidate communication, and offer management
  • Implement tailored sourcing strategies utilizing job boards, referrals, and recruitment agencies aligned with local market conditions
  • Oversee recruitment agency management, including budget control and contract collaboration
  • Conduct stakeholder management and produce KPI-driven recruitment reporting
  • Deliver recruitment training sessions for Store Managers and HR teams across the EMEA region
  • Organize and execute employer branding activities and initiatives across EMEA retail markets

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, ideally within luxury retail environments
  • Proficient English and German language skills with ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels
  • Deep understanding of retail operations, client service standards, and retail management structures
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships and deliver results in matrix organizations
  • Proven experience with full-cycle recruitment and candidate management
  • Experience with recruitment agency management and budget oversight
