RIMOWA seeks an HR Retail Recruiter, EMEA in Cologne to lead end-to-end retail hiring across 11 EMEA markets (hybrid, full-time).
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail roles across 11 EMEA markets, from sourcing through offer and onboarding, with a primary focus on Client Advisors through Store Managers.
- Design and implement country-specific recruitment strategies in partnership with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to reflect local market dynamics.
- Execute tailored sourcing campaigns using job boards, employee referrals and agency partnerships; maintain and optimise talent pipelines.
- Oversee and negotiate agency relationships including budget control, contracts and performance management.
- Provide stakeholder management and regular KPI-driven reporting to HR leadership and hiring partners.
- Deliver recruitment trainings and coaching for Store Managers and HR teams to raise hiring quality and consistency.
- Coordinate employer-branding initiatives across EMEA retail markets to attract active and passive candidates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years' recruitment experience, ideally within luxury retail or premium consumer goods.
- Fluent written and spoken English and German with the ability to communicate effectively at all organisational levels.
- Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple countries, including agency coordination and budget stewardship.
- Highly organised with strong prioritisation skills and the capacity to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Flexible, solution-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal and stakeholder-influence capabilities.
- Solid understanding of retail operations, client service standards and retail management roles.
- Willingness to travel within the EMEA region as required.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of progressive recruitment experience, preferably executing retail hires across multiple countries and managing agency partners; background in luxury retail is highly advantageous.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline preferred.
