RIMOWA HR Controller EMEA position in Paris; manage HR data, staff costs, and financial reporting for LVMH maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate staff cost budget and forecasting processes for RIMOWA EMEA entities in partnership with Finance and HR Business Partners
- Conduct in-depth analysis of HR data to identify trends, insights, and improvement opportunities across HR functions
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual HR financial reports with variance analysis and key performance indicators
- Provide essential support for annual salary reviews and bonus processes while ensuring data accuracy and policy compliance
- Analyze compensation data to identify market trends and internal equity issues
- Develop and maintain guidelines for HR budget processes and systems including Allshare, ensuring consistent application and best practices
- Provide training and support to HR stakeholders on budget management tools and processes
- Drive Core HR system implementation throughout 2026 and identify development areas through change management
- Establish and maintain robust data quality controls within HR systems to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Prepare monthly sales commission calculations for the entire EMEA region and analyze trends in relation to business results
Qualifications
- University degree (Masters preferred) in business, HR, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in similar HR controller or HR finance roles
- Demonstrated experience in HR data analysis and HRIS systems
- Solid project management skills with proven ability to work cross-functionally
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with PowerBI and SAP Success Factors is highly valued
- Fluency in English; French and/or German are strong advantages

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in HR controller, HR finance, or similar roles involving HR data management, staff cost analysis, and financial reporting in an international or matrix environment.
Education
University degree (Masters preferred) in business administration, human resources, finance, or a related discipline.
