RIMOWA — Paris: HR Controller, EMEA. Lead staff cost forecasting, HR reporting and HRIS data governance across the EMEA region.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate staff cost budgeting and forecasting for all RIMOWA EMEA entities in close partnership with Finance and HR Business Partners.
  • Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual HR financial reporting, including variance analysis and HR KPIs for regional leadership.
  • Conduct in-depth HR data analysis to surface trends, drivers and opportunities across headcount, compensation and workforce metrics.
  • Support annual salary review (ICR) and bonus processes with accurate data, market benchmarking and internal equity analysis.
  • Design and govern HR budget processes and system usage (including Allshare), producing guidance and training for HR stakeholders.
  • Drive data quality, integrity and continuous improvement initiatives within HR systems and act as a key stakeholder for the Core HR system rollout.
  • Prepare monthly sales commissions calculations for the EMEA region and analyse commission trends against business results to inform management reviews.
  • Proactively identify and resolve HR data inconsistencies, and partner with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.

Qualifications

  • University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in business, HR, finance or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in HR controlling, HR analytics or HR/Finance reporting in a multinational environment.
  • Proven experience with HRIS and HR data analysis, including governance and data quality controls.
  • Strong project management skills with demonstrable experience in cross-functional and transversal programs (e.g., HR system implementations).
  • Fluent English; French and/or German strongly advantageous.
  • Organised, detail-oriented and proactive with a collaborative, change-oriented mindset.

Experience

At least five years' experience in HR controlling, HR analytics or financial reporting supporting regional or multinational organisations, including responsibility for staff cost forecasting, payroll/compensation analysis and HRIS data governance.

Education

University degree (e.g., Bachelor's or Master's) in business, human resources, finance or a related discipline.
