RIMOWA Paris seeks Global Media Planning Assistant intern to support international marketing campaigns. Master's student in Marketing/Business/Communication required, fluent English essential.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support planning and briefing of local teams and agencies on global campaigns, with focus on enhancing RIMOWA brand awareness
- Review and approve global and local media plans and activations across all regions
- Lead communications between headquarters and local teams throughout the media planning process
- Maintain and update campaign timelines, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of key deadlines and deliverables
- Manage collection and organization of creative assets required for campaign localization and adaptation
- Brief creative agencies on asset localization for digital display, OOH, and print; ensure compliance with brand guidelines and legal requirements
- Support creation and management of global campaign setup guidelines
- Gather and consolidate campaign results and prepare global post-campaign reports
- Monitor competitors and other brands to identify innovative approaches and best practices
- Manage photo reporting from local regions and PAN activations to maintain campaign archives
- Design, edit, and contribute to presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with Quarterly Business Review organization and daily meeting coordination with partners, agencies, and regions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or Economics (BAC +4/5 or equivalent)
- Fluent English (mandatory working language for international team)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong affinity with numerical data and Excel spreadsheets
- Passion for media and digital trends, with affinity for luxury, travel, art, fashion, or design sectors
- Previous internship experience in online or offline media (either agency or brand-side) preferred
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to evolving priorities
- Proactive team player with meticulous attention to detail
- Comfort working in international, multicultural environments
