RIMOWA Paris seeks a Global Media Insights Assistant intern to support international marketing campaigns and performance reporting. On-site internship starting January 2027.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support collection, consolidation, and quality assurance of online and offline media performance data across global campaigns and local activations
  • Assist in preparation of mid-campaign, post-campaign, and ad hoc performance reports for internal stakeholders
  • Maintain and update global reporting tools, dashboards, trackers, and campaign recap templates
  • Support consolidation of campaign learnings, benchmarks, and key insights to inform future media planning
  • Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify innovative media activations and best practices
  • Support management and organization of photo reporting and campaign archives from local markets and pan-regional activations
  • Coordinate and consolidate media studies and measurement initiatives, including Brand Lift Studies and media quality metrics
  • Support regional teams in organizing campaign performance data and reporting structures
  • Contribute to documentation and collection of testing and learning inputs for continuous improvement
  • Maintain media trackers, taxonomy structures, and campaign naming conventions for reporting consistency
  • Perform data quality checks and follow-up with markets or partners regarding missing or inconsistent information
  • Design, edit, and contribute to presentations for internal and external stakeholders
  • Support team organization, meeting coordination, and Quarterly Business Review preparation
  • Assist in preparation and maintenance of campaign set-up guidelines and tracking documentation
  • Support campaign preview checks and validation processes before activation goes live

Qualifications

  • Master's degree student in Marketing, Business, Communication, Economics, or related field
  • Fluent in English, the working language of the international team
  • First internship experience in media, marketing, digital, or analytics (in-house or agency) is strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong numerical literacy and comfort working with spreadsheets and performance data
  • Genuine interest in media, digital trends, and analytics with affinity for luxury, travel, art, fashion, or design industries
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, collaborative mindset with comfort working across multiple international stakeholders
