Join RIMOWA in Cologne, Germany as a Global Client Care Coordinator. This full-time role offers a dynamic work environment within the LVMH Group, focusing on client care operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain master data for spare parts.
  • Set up new products and services in relevant systems.
  • Coordinate repair profile modifications and store opening/closing procedures.
  • Grant and manage access to Power BI dashboards.
  • Perform daily credit note validation and monthly invoice compensation.
  • Oversee and manage RMS (Repair Management System) translations.
  • Process and implement warranty changes.
  • Provide comprehensive backend support to regional teams.
  • Offer ongoing support to franchises and external partners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in operations, master data, retail, or customer services.
  • Interest in technical details of products; experience with suitcase repairs is a plus.
  • Proven ability to develop effective business relationships and work cross-functionally.
  • Client-oriented with a commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.

Skills

Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in MS Office package. Attention to detail and accuracy. Fluency in English and German.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of work experience in operations, master data, retail, or customer services.
