Rimowa Finance Intern position in New York — support FP&A, accounting, and internal controls in a luxury fashion environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare, analyze, and communicate monthly departmental variance analyses comparing actual performance versus budget
- Assist in developing and refining budget templates for all departments across the organization
- Conduct financial ad hoc analysis to support business growth initiatives
- Work collaboratively with the accounting team to document and review monthly general ledger reconciliation files
- Contribute to the development and documentation of accounting procedures for current business processes
- Participate in LVMH's internal control campaign to review and document company-wide operational processes
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, including Excel
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented mindset with effective communication abilities
