RIMOWA Paris seeks E-commerce Platform Coordinator to manage back-office operations and digital launches. Full-time, on-site role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee back-office operations for new product launches by managing timelines, ensuring timely reception of elements, and allocating sufficient time for testing and revision
- Manage product and content creation following briefs from the Content Team and deploy implementations across all languages supported by the website
- Operate project management software to manage regional change requests and identify the most effective implementation strategies
- Establish and enhance processes to ensure high-quality and efficient workflow across regional teams
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners and IT teams to understand functional evolutions and take ownership of business-side implementation
- Keep website functionalities aligned with current business needs through regular updates and continuous adaptation
- Diagnose operational and technical issues and provide recommendations for improvement to streamline daily processes
Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of experience in e-commerce or related fields
- Solid background in computer science with knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Javascript
- Proven experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) or comparable e-commerce platforms
- Strong problem-solving abilities with capacity to diagnose issues and implement appropriate solutions
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple regional requirements and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration
