The working student supports RIMOWA’s EMEA E-Commerce and Client Services teams with day-to-day operations, performance analysis, and initiatives to improve the client experience, collaborating across E-commerce, CRM, Retail, and Client Services. This part-time, temporary role is based in Cologne.
Role & Responsibilities
- Help prepare weekly sales and client experience reports, check data quality, and highlight trends or questions for the team.
- Support product launches and campaigns by checking product information, website content, and the online shopping journey across EMEA markets.
- Test new website features and processes, document issues clearly, and follow up with the relevant teams.
- Assist with e-commerce operations, including tracking order issues and helping colleagues investigate individual cases.
- Support client experience and CRM initiatives by preparing analyses, coordinating outreach lists, and tracking results.
- Research e-commerce, omnichannel, and client service practices and share useful ideas with the team.
- Help coordinate smaller projects and keep documentation, timelines, and follow-ups organised.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree programme, ideally in business, marketing, digital commerce, or a related field.
- Fluent in English and German; another European language is a plus.
- Comfortable with Excel and PowerPoint, with an interest in working with data; experience with analytics, CRM, or e-commerce tools is welcome but not required.
- Works carefully, asks questions when something is unclear, and follows through on tasks.
- Enjoys collaborating with different teams and is interested in how digital commerce and client service shape the experience of a premium brand.
- First experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or e-commerce is a plus.
