RIMOWA — Distribution Controller (contract, Paris). Fixed‑term maternity cover to join Global Controlling for retail, e‑commerce and wholesale.
Role & Responsibilities
- Consolidate and analyse market performance (sales and profitability) across 27 entities in close collaboration with regional finance teams.
- Monitor retail KPIs: store profitability, sales per FTE, sales per sqm and like‑for‑like trends.
- Review, challenge and validate Capex requests and subsequent revisions.
- Support sales and profit forecasting through monthly landing updates and variance analysis.
- Prepare monthly management reporting (sales, profit, KPIs) for the Chief Commercial Officer and CFO.
- Produce weekly sales reporting for COMEX, the Fashion Group and LVMH.
Qualifications
- Master's degree from a business school or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in retail controlling or audit within the distribution sector.
- Fluent written and spoken French and English.
- Demonstrated ability to act as a business partner and support day‑to‑day performance analysis.
- Strong organisational, planning and numerical rigour with excellent communication skills.
