Rimowa Distribution Controller
RIMOWA seeks a Distribution Controller (fixed-term CDD) in Paris — finance role covering retail, e-commerce and wholesale, start June 2026.

Role & Responsibilities
- Consolidate and analyse market performance (sales and profitability) across 27 entities in close collaboration with regional finance teams.
- Monitor retail performance metrics including store-level profitability, sales per FTE, sales per sqm, and like‑for‑like evolution.
- Review, challenge and validate Capex requests and subsequent revisions.
- Support sales and profit forecasting through monthly landing updates and scenario analysis.
- Prepare monthly management reporting (sales, profit, KPIs) for the Chief Commercial Officer and CFO.
- Prepare weekly sales reporting for COMEX, the Fashion Group and LVMH executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree from a business school or equivalent.
- Minimum five years' experience in retail controlling, management control or audit, preferably within distribution or luxury goods.
- Fluent written and spoken French and English.
- Proven ability to act as a business partner and to support day‑to‑day performance analysis.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to numerical accuracy, and ability to synthesise and communicate financial information clearly.

Experience
At least 5 years of experience in retail controlling, financial audit or equivalent roles, with proven exposure to distribution P&L and multi‑entity consolidation; experience in luxury goods is a strong advantage.
Education
Master’s degree from a business school or equivalent.
