Role & Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging digital learning modules, e‑learning courses, video tutorials, interactive simulations and visual learning resources.
• Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to define clear learning objectives, assessments and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts to gather, validate and structure content that aligns with commercial and brand objectives.
• Author and optimise multimedia learning content using industry authoring tools and integrate graphics, animations, audio and video to enhance retention.
• Ensure all training content complies with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
• Manage multiple training development projects from conception to delivery within agreed timelines and budgets; provide regular stakeholder updates.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics, iterate content based on data and recommend new technologies and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years’ experience in digital learning development, instructional design or a closely related role.
• Proven track record designing and delivering e‑learning courses and digital training materials.
• Proficiency with e‑learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Yoobic and 360Learning.
• Strong understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design frameworks (ADDIE, SAM).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distil complex information into clear learning content.
• Solid project management skills and the ability to prioritise and drive multiple projects concurrently.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Desirable: experience administering Learning Management Systems (LMS), familiarity with SCORM and other e‑learning standards, and competency with Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator.

Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in digital learning development or instructional design, preferably delivering e‑learning and multimedia training for corporate or retail audiences.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications or a closely related field.
