Role & Responsibilities
- Lead store operations and team management in the absence of the Store Director, maintaining operational excellence and brand standards
- Oversee task delegation, cashiering, personnel management, and inventory control to optimize store efficiency
- Build, manage, and develop a thriving retail team through coaching, training, and professional development initiatives
- Drive sales performance and revenue growth by monitoring KPIs, analyzing product and consumer trends, and implementing strategic initiatives
- Cultivate and manage VIP client relationships, building long-term brand loyalty through personalized service and private appointment culture
- Manage the Client Care Service function, ensuring high-quality post-purchase support and cross-functional collaboration to enhance customer satisfaction
- Deliver an outstanding client experience by embodying brand values, demonstrating product expertise, and acting as a brand ambassador
- Support the Store Director in strategic planning and execution of visual merchandising, inventory management, and revenue optimization
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of people management experience in retail or luxury hospitality
- Proven expertise in leading high-performing teams with demonstrated coaching and training abilities
- Strong leadership capabilities with excellent interpersonal and diplomatic skills
- Experience in the luxury sector with deep understanding of brand positioning and clienteling
- Proficiency with digital retail systems, POS platforms, and business analytics tools
- Fluency in German and English (additional languages an advantage)
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
