RIMOWA — Demand Planning Manager in Paris: lead central sales forecasting and Lifestyle supply planning for the maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Construct and maintain the Central Sales Forecast at SKU level in Anaplan across all regions, channels and product portfolios (Suitcases & Lifestyle, permanent and seasonal).
- Analyze sales trends, seasonality, marketing plans and network evolution to refine forecasts and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Define and manage initial phasing for new product launches, track performance and adjust forecasts in partnership with Merchandising.
- Design and update end-of-life forecasting curves according to trends and projected inventory.
- Reconcile the Central Sales Forecast with Finance budgets and strategic targets using clear, shared KPIs.
- Lead the Pre-S&OP Forecast process and facilitate monthly Forecast Reviews with regional teams to capture qualitative and quantitative market insights.
- Monitor and report forecast accuracy KPIs at HQ and regional levels; drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase reliability.
- Partner with Distribution and Central Production Planning to anticipate supply chain impacts from forecast changes.
- Sponsor and support deployment of the Machine Learning forecasting project: promote adoption, propose algorithm improvements and ensure stakeholder visibility.
- Create and animate a global Demand community with regional teams to harmonize processes, share best practices and strengthen collaboration.
- Identify opportunities to enhance Anaplan capabilities and coordinate tool evolution.
- Manage the Supply Planner (Lifestyle), define stock policy and supply planning strategy for the Lifestyle perimeter, and set monthly order requirements consistent with stock policy.
- Develop requirement and delivery plans for new launches and establish supplier order forecasts to secure capacity and supply.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bac+4/5 (engineering school, business school or equivalent university degree).
- 5–7 years of experience in Supply Chain with significant, demonstrable experience in Demand Planning within an international retail environment.
- Strong analytical rigour, results orientation and commercial/business acumen.
- Proven transverse leadership with the ability to convene stakeholders and excellent communication skills.
- Practical mindset, adaptability and intellectual curiosity.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with Anaplan is a strong advantage.
- Full professional proficiency in English.

5–7 years in supply chain with substantial hands-on demand planning experience for international retail; demonstrated track record of leading cross-functional forecasting processes and liaising with merchandising, finance and operations.
