RIMOWA Demand Planning Analyst Intern, Paris. Support demand forecasting and supply chain optimization in a luxury luggage maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in the monthly collaborative sales forecast review process for all RIMOWA finished products across all regions
- Prepare for and participate in forecast reviews with regional teams: analyze performance and trends; identify and summarize key discussion points
- Support the Demand Planner in building the central sales forecast: analyze variances and recommend adjustments
- Conduct ad hoc analyses as needed: trends, performance forecasting, and market insights
- Liaise with Distribution and Production Planning teams regarding forecast evolution and sales trends
- Develop and improve reporting files and dashboards
- Assist with machine learning implementation and regional deployment initiatives
- Participate in cross-functional planning optimization projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from an engineering school, business school, or equivalent university program
- Full proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Anaplan is highly desirable
- Fluent in English
- Comfortable working with data and analytical methodologies
- Practical mindset with strong agility and curiosity
- Demonstrated capacity for analysis and innovation
