RIMOWA seeks a Demand Planner for its Paris headquarters. Build and manage central sales forecasts across product portfolios in this full-time Supply Chain role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build the Central Forecast in Anaplan at SKU level for all regions, channels, and RIMOWA product ranges (Suitcases & Lifestyle, permanent and seasonal items)
- Analyse sales trends, integrate seasonality, marketing plans, and distribution network changes into forecast models
- Manage end-of-life product forecasts by constructing and updating product decline curves based on trends and projected inventory levels
- Compare the Central Sales Forecast against Finance budget and strategic objectives using clearly defined, shared KPIs
- Lead monthly forecast review sessions with regional teams to identify local challenges and incorporate qualitative and quantitative market insights
- Analyse and disseminate forecast accuracy KPIs at the regional level
- Collaborate with Distribution and Production Planning teams to anticipate and communicate supply chain impacts driven by forecast adjustments
- Monitor and enhance forecast accuracy at the finest granularity (SKU / region / channel)
- Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to Anaplan platform evolution
- Support the deployment of Machine Learning initiatives by guiding regional and central adoption, recommending algorithm refinements, and maintaining stakeholder visibility
Qualifications
- Bac +5 qualification from an engineering school, business school, or equivalent university degree
- Practical mindset with demonstrated agility and intellectual curiosity
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Fluent English language capability
- Strong analytical rigour and critical thinking skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in team environments and communicate effectively across functions

Experience
Entry-level candidate or recent graduate from a top-tier engineering or business school, with foundational knowledge of supply chain or demand planning principles; fresh perspectives and a strong learning orientation are valued as highly as prior professional experience.
Education
Bac +5 (Master's level degree) from an engineering school, business school, or equivalent university qualification.
