RIMOWA Paris: One-year Data Analyst Intern (CRM) alternance role supporting strategic analytics and CRM reporting within LVMH's luxury travel goods maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support data analysis and interpretation to extract relevant insights and formulate strategic recommendations
- Assist in creating and updating dashboards and reports to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for business teams
- Participate in detecting trends and anomalies within data sets under team supervision
- Interact with business departments to understand data requirements and translate them into queries and analyses
- Guide and support end-users in effectively utilizing CRM reports, handling access requests and KPI quality validation
- Contribute to data quality assurance by verifying integrity and consistency across datasets
- Participate in creating and maintaining documentation related to data infrastructure and reporting systems
Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree (Bac+3/4) in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio
- Familiarity with SQL (preferred)
- Strong oral and written communication skills in French and English
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and teams
