Rimowa Customer Experience Coordinator (Apprenticeship)
RIMOWA in Paris seeks an Entry‑Level Customer Experience Coordinator (apprenticeship) to manage NPS, reporting and cross‑functional CX projects.

Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the NPS collection platform as the regional point of contact: create accounts, optimize configurations and categorize feedback.
- Produce weekly NPS and customer‑experience reports, synthesise insights and highlight journey pain points for regional teams.
- Support launches of new channels and countries from a Voice of Customer perspective.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects: gather and prioritise regional requests and drive implementation of corrective actions.
- Track project roadmaps, ensure follow‑up and deployment of actions, and report on progress and outcomes.
- Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives with e‑commerce, retail, CRM and customer service stakeholders.
- Design and maintain a process to monitor CX initiatives, communicate progress and animate the Customer Service community.
- Share best practices across hubs and facilitate adoption through training and community sessions.
Qualifications
- Current enrolment in or completion of a Master’s degree in Marketing, Business or Digital Project Management.
- Strong affinity for IT and digital technologies, with interest in CX tools and innovation.
- Curiosity, proactivity and a positive, can‑do attitude.
- Autonomy, rigor and an analytic mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritise work, manage projects and collaborate across international teams.
- Empathy for customers and frontline sales teams.
- Fluent English (mandatory); French is a strong advantage.

Experience
Entry‑level position suitable for recent graduates or students in a Master’s programme. Prior internships or short experience in CX, CRM, analytics or project coordination are advantageous but not required.
Education
Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Digital Project Management (in progress or completed).
