RIMOWA seeks a CRM Data Analyst Intern in Paris for a one-year internship. Support data analysis and develop dashboards within a dynamic LVMH luxury brand.
Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to data analysis and interpretation to extract relevant insights and formulate business recommendations
- Create and update simple dashboards and reports to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across retail, merchandising, e-commerce, and customer experience departments
- Participate in identifying trends and anomalies within data sets under team supervision
- Interact with cross-functional business teams to understand data requirements and translate them into queries or analytical requests
- Guide and support internal stakeholders in utilizing CRM reports effectively, addressing requests such as access reporting and KPI quality validation
- Contribute to verifying the integrity and consistency of data across multiple business systems
- Participate in creating and updating documentation related to data structures and reporting frameworks
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (Bac+3/4) in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability and logical analytical thinking
- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio
- Familiarity with SQL is advantageous
- Strong communication skills in both written and oral forms
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in French and English
