RIMOWA in Paris seeks a Creative Project Management Intern to support the creative team in project coordination and production (6-month internship, onsite).
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide daily operational support to the creative team, handling internal creative requests and ad-hoc projects.
- Coordinate sample logistics for shoots, including tracking, storage and shipping.
- Assist with project timelines, pre-production planning and production coordination for photo and video shoots.
- Support communication between the creative team, external partners and vendors to ensure deliverable alignment.
- Coordinate photo and video post-production workflows (editing, retouching, color grading) and perform final quality control on assets.
- Prepare creative decks, briefs and contribute to creative research (visual references, styling, set design).
- Participate in content production for RIMOWA communication channels and help prepare final deliverables.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a master's programme in Project Management, Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proactive, highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced creative environment.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- First internship experience in project management, production coordination or within a luxury/fashion brand is a plus.
- Strong cultural awareness, international sensibility and genuine interest in art, cinema, photography, music and design.
