RIMOWA Paris seeks Creative Production Assistant intern to support luxury brand content creation, design, and project management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist with the production of content for various RIMOWA communication channels and platforms
- Contribute to creative research, including photography and video reference sourcing, art buying, and related creative resource compilation
- Participate in the preparation of creative presentations and project briefs
- Handle sample management for photo and video shoots, including sorting, storage, inventory organization, and expedited shipping
- Support the coordination and quality assurance of photo and video post-production workflows
- Assist with budget tracking and administrative follow-up, including budget reconciliation, calls for tender, and invoice processing
- Provide daily operational support to the creative team across multiple concurrent projects
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Art, Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or Communications
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French and German is advantageous
- Advanced proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and professional video editing software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), iOS, and Keynote
- Demonstrated visual literacy and strong aesthetic judgment
- International perspective and cultural awareness
