Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end preparation and execution of RIMOWA collaboration projects, from initial brief to launch milestones.
  • Conduct research and source potential collaboration partners, building shortlists and presenting findings to the team.
  • Coordinate project timelines and deliverables across internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure punctual launches.
  • Manage samples logistics, vendor account communication and the billing/invoicing process related to collaboration projects.
  • Prepare presentations and briefing materials to support team meetings and partner negotiations.

Qualifications

  • Enrollment in the final year of a Master's programme (art school, communication, or business) and availability for a graduation internship.
  • Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory.
  • Available full-time for a 6-month internship starting July 2026.
  • Highly organised, extremely detail-oriented and able to manage multiple concurrent tasks.
  • Proactive, collaborative team player with an international mindset and cultural sensitivity to art, design and fashion.
  • Digital portfolio required with application.
