RIMOWA seeks Client Care Operations Intern in Cologne, Germany for 6-month internship supporting process documentation and supply chain operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Revise and enhance existing process documentation, incorporating information related to IT system updates
- Support the maintenance of material master data, including specific material information and supporting imagery
- Assist the planning team with daily operational tasks including creation of purchase and sales orders
- Extract and share operational reports with regional and global teams
Qualifications
- Close to graduation in Business Administration, Supply Chain & Logistics, Engineering, or related fields
- First working experience in supply chain & logistics or master data management (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel
- Fluent in English
- German language proficiency (preferred)

Experience
Beginner-level; first working experience in supply chain, logistics, or master data management is advantageous but not required. Candidates should be close to completing an undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline.
Education
Bachelor's degree in progress or completion in Business Administration, Supply Chain & Logistics, Engineering, or similar fields.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 14 per hour.
