RIMOWA — Munich: Client Care & Product Repair Specialist role handling in‑store luggage repairs, workshop management and boutique client service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver first‑class client service in the boutique, advising clients across the brand and product range.
  • Diagnose and perform case repairs in the in‑store workshop according to RIMOWA standards.
  • Use the repair management system to log jobs, order parts and coordinate workflow with client care.
  • Organize and maintain the workshop, including routine maintenance of machines and tools.
  • Coordinate complex or out‑of‑scope repairs with the central Client Care department.
  • Build long‑term client relationships and foster brand loyalty through proactive clienteling.
  • Collaborate with store colleagues, share product knowledge and contribute to a positive team environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years’ professional experience in product repair, after‑sales service or a similar technical retail role.
  • Vocational or technical training (e.g., leatherwork, small‑goods repair, craft apprenticeship) or equivalent practical experience.
  • Demonstrable manual dexterity and strong craftsmanship skills.
  • Organized, detail‑oriented and capable of managing workshop inventory and maintenance.
  • Customer‑facing experience with the ability to advise clients professionally and build lasting relationships.
  • Fluent in the national language and English; additional languages are a plus.
