Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging customer consultations and build lasting client relationships through first-class service
  • Drive individual CRM goals through professional interactions spanning consultation, sales, and on-site repairs
  • Manage after-sales inquiries and serve as a professional point of contact for all post-purchase customer needs
  • Oversee product repair processing from acceptance through technical coordination and final delivery to customers
  • Communicate with the technical repair team to ensure highest quality standards for RIMOWA products
  • Execute small repairs on-site and provide product maintenance guidance to customers
