RIMOWA seeks a Part-time Client Advisor in Vienna (25 hrs/week, Apr–Oct 2026) to deliver consultative sales and after-sales service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver first-class, consultative sales experiences that strengthen long-term customer relationships and meet individual CRM targets.
- Act as the primary after-sales contact for customers, managing enquiries and follow-up communication post-purchase.
- Accept, document and coordinate repair cases: liaise with the responsible technical teams and ensure timely return of products to customers.
- Provide on-site minor repairs and product care guidance where appropriate; maintain up-to-date product and repair knowledge.
- Represent the brand on the sales floor, drive store performance through personalised service and contribute to a premium in-store atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of client-facing experience, ideally within luxury or premium retail.
- Outgoing, customer-centric demeanour with an intuitive understanding of luxury service standards.
- Proven track record in consultative selling and clienteling using CRM-driven objectives.
- Experience managing after-sales processes and coordinating product repairs or technical cases.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; professional presentation and brand stewardship.

Experience
At least 3 years of client-facing or retail sales experience, preferably in luxury or premium retail environments, including exposure to after-sales service and repair handling.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent; vocational training in retail or luxury retail preferred.
