RIMOWA Client Advisor — Yorkdale, Toronto. Full‑time retail role delivering luxury client service and product expertise for RIMOWA in Toronto.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive personal sales performance and contribute to store revenue targets through proactive client engagement.
- Educate clients on RIMOWA brand history, product construction and current collections to translate features into value.
- Maintain and grow an active client book, prospect new clients and nurture long‑term relationships through timely follow-up.
- Deliver exemplary customer service: present professionally, resolve inquiries, manage repairs and coordinate after‑sales care.
- Support store operations including use of the store POS system, processing transactions and returns, opening/closing registers.
- Execute inventory counts, adhere to loss prevention policies and support housekeeping to maintain store readiness.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards to reflect brand guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum three years of retail or luxury sales experience; prior clienteling experience and an established client book preferred.
- Proven ability to prospect, convert and retain high‑value clientele.
- Professional presentation with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem‑solving aptitude, positive attitude and ability to collaborate within a team.
- Interest in fashion, design trends and travel; flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Physical ability to handle store shipments and lift boxes up to 20 lbs repeatedly.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail or luxury sales experience with demonstrable client development and sales results.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
