RIMOWA is hiring a part-time Client Advisor (Sundays) in Barcelona for a summer fixed-term position. Fluent English and Spanish required.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as an ambassador of the RIMOWA brand, consistently embodying maison values and service standards.
  • Welcome and advise local and international customers, presenting product features and technical benefits.
  • Deliver personalised clienteling to grow sales and expand the client database; create and follow up on client portfolios.
  • Collect and record customer contact details in the CRM tool to maintain up-to-date records.
  • Support stock management: restock merchandise, organise the boutique and participate in inventories.
  • Contribute to visual merchandising and maintain a luxury presentation of the store environment.

Qualifications

  • Higher education background (university degree or equivalent preferred).
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Genuine interest in RIMOWA and the travel sector, with strong product curiosity.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, professional etiquette and a warm, dynamic presence.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a clear sense of luxury service.
