RIMOWA Milan seeks Summer Client Advisor for one-month seasonal role (mid-July). Fluent Italian & English required, luxury experience preferred.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver consultative, first-class customer experiences across all interactions, from initial consultation through sales completion
- Manage after-sales relationships and serve as the professional point of contact for post-purchase inquiries and service requests
- Execute in-store repairs and product maintenance to RIMOWA's highest quality standards, including intake, technical team coordination, and customer return
- Track and meet individual CRM goals whilst maintaining detailed customer relationship documentation
- Combine in-depth product knowledge with sales targets to guide international clientele toward appropriate purchases
Qualifications
- Fluency in Italian and English (essential)
- Experience in the luxury sector or hospitality strongly preferred
- Demonstrated passion for customer experience and consultative selling
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced retail environment
