RIMOWA — Stuttgart: Client Advisor (temporary, on‑site) delivering luxury consultations and after‑sales service for the LVMH maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver bespoke, first‑class customer consultations and close sales in accordance with brand standards.
- Achieve individual CRM objectives by developing and maintaining long‑term customer relationships.
- Act as the primary after‑sales contact: accept items for repair, document and communicate case details, and coordinate resolution with the technical team.
- Perform and document minor on‑site repairs where required and ensure timely return of products to customers.
- Provide accurate product and repair information to customers and maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in luxury retail, customer service or after‑sales roles.
- Demonstrable excellence in clienteling and CRM‑driven sales.
- Proven ability to manage after‑sales processes, including acceptance and coordination of repairs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; customer‑centric and professionally presentable.
- Availability to work on‑site in Stuttgart and flexibility to meet retail scheduling needs.

Experience
Minimum three years of experience in luxury retail, clienteling or after‑sales/customer service, with hands‑on exposure to processing repairs and delivering CRM‑driven results.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, sales or customer service is preferred.
