RIMOWA — Client Advisor (Saturdays) in Amsterdam. Temporary 7-month weekend retail role with after-sales and repairs coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, consultative sales interactions to build and sustain lasting customer relationships during Saturday shifts.
- Serve as the primary after-sales contact for clients, managing enquiries, follow-up communications and customer satisfaction post-purchase.
- Coordinate repair and service workflows: accept items, liaise with technical teams, monitor progress and ensure timely return to customers.
- Achieve sales objectives for assigned shifts while maintaining brand standards for presentation and clienteling.
- Maintain accurate transactional and customer records to support seamless after-sales service and CRM activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of client-facing retail experience preferred; candidates with less experience but strong potential in luxury retail may be considered.
- Fluent English required to advise international customers; additional languages strongly advantageous.
- Demonstrable passion for luxury goods and high standards of customer experience.
- Professional reliability for a fixed 7‑month temporary commitment, with availability for Saturday shifts.
