RIMOWA is seeking a part-time Client Advisor for its Rome Piazza di Spagna store, working 28 hours per week on a one-year contract governed by the CCNL Terziario Commercio. The role combines luxury client consultations and sales with minor on-site repairs and end-to-end after-sales coordination. The initial annual gross salary is €27,000 full-time equivalent and may vary with experience, skills, seniority and organizational needs.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build and strengthen customer relationships through first-class consultations.
- Meet individual CRM goals and deliver excellent customer interactions across consultation, sales and minor on-site repairs.
- Provide professional after-sales support and remain a point of contact for all after-sales matters.
- Manage repairs to high quality standards, from intake and communication with the technical team through return of the product to the customer.
Qualifications
- Experience in the luxury sector is welcomed, and candidates new to the team are also encouraged to apply.
- Fluent Italian and English; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Passion for selling luxury products and delivering an excellent customer experience.
